These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and Alitoto ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atalitoto.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any associated promotional or loyalty features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Alitoto platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms without qualification or reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement in their entirety.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register an account on the Alitoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform. The Company enforces this requirement through identity verification and reserves the right to suspend any account where the user's age cannot be confirmed.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by the Company from time to time.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register, self-exclusion list, or problem gambling database applicable to online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by the Company or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or approved game suppliers.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or telephone number.

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Alitoto Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings across all associated accounts, and retain deposited funds pending investigation accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly in the event of any change. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as authorised activity, unless you have previously notified us of a security breach. You agree to notify the Company immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during the operation of your account at the Company's discretion, you may be required to complete our KYC verification procedure. This typically involves the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and — where applicable — documentation verifying the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by the Company may be suspended.

By accessing and using the Alitoto Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable laws, and the reasonable expectations of a responsible user of an online gaming platform. Specifically, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, syndicated betting scheme, or for the benefit of any third party without the Company's prior written consent.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access control, or fraud prevention mechanism of the Platform.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• You acknowledge that participation in gambling activities involves financial risk, and that the Platform is intended as a form of entertainment only. Gambling should not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.
• You will not access the Platform if you are aware that you have a gambling problem or are currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with any online gaming operator.
• You will use only payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts, cards, or walets to fund your Alitoto account is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Alitoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without advance notice, and the Company accepts no liability for any inconvenience arising from the temporary or permanent withdrawal of a supported payment method.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may also be subject to account-level limits at the Company's discretion. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful receipt and verification of funds. The Company does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Company's standard processing schedule. For accounts that have completed KYC verification, withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Gold tier VIP members and above receive prioritised processing. The Company reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

6.4 Segregation of Player Funds

Player Funds deposited into your Alitoto account are held in accounts maintained separately from the Company's operational and corporate funds. This segregation is designed to ensure that Player Funds remain accessible for withdrawal in the ordinary course, independent of the Company's commercial financial position.

The Company offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement and any game-specific contribution rates will be stated in the bonus terms accompanying each offer. It is your responsibility to review and understand the applicable wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to void, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings in the event that it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting an error or lophole in a promotion, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.

7.3 Referal Programme

The Alitoto referal programme allows existing Users to earn a bonus reward when they successfully refer a new User who registers, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. The referring User and the referred User are each eligible for a one-time referal bonus per qualifying referal event. Self-referals — including referals to accounts controlled by the same individual or household — are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of any related bonus credits.

7.4 Promotion Availability

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, bonus offer, or loyalty programme feature at any time and without prior notice. The Company accepts no liability for any losses arising from the modification or discontinuation of any promotional offer once the promotion period has concluded.

All wagers placed on the Alitoto Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. In cases of dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a wager, the Company's records shall be treated as definitive, subject to the Company's standard complaints procedure.

• Wagers are binding once confirmed. The Company does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a wager that has been accepted by the system, except at the Company's sole discretion in the case of an obvious technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or other platform malfunction that disrupts the normal operation of a game or betting market, the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant accounts.
• Odds and game parameters — including RTP rates for slots and house edge for casino games — are set and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion. Users acknowledge that all gambling products carry an inherent mathematical advantage for the house over the long term.
• Sports betting markets, including those covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events, are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type, including Asian Handicap, Over-Under, and 1X2 market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Alitoto Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediately suspend or terminate the account, void any open or settled wagers, forfeit any Bonus Funds, withold pending withdrawal requests pending investigation, and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies as applicable.

• Registering more than one account per individual or using another person's identity or payment credentials to open or fund an account.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence, scripting, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage or circumvents platform controls.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing discrepancies in sports betting markets to generate systematic guaranteed profits (commonly referred to as "arbing" when conducted in bad faith at scale).
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer formats.
• Facilitating, assisting, or participating in any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false documentation during KYC verification or misrepresenting your identity, age, or place of residence at any stage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

All content on the Alitoto Platform — including but not limited to the Alitoto brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform's intellectual property, beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as set out herein.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of anticipated profits, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform — regardless of the form of action or theory of liability — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Alitoto account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Alitoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. The Company recognises that a minority of users may develop problematic gambling behaviours and has implemented a range of tools and policies designed to support player welfare. The following responsible gambling provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Once a limit is set and confirmed, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum net losses they are permitted to incur in a defined period. These limits are enforced at the system level and cannot be overridden once activated.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that prompt a pause in play after a specified period of continuous wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the live support channel or by email to[email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Age Restriction: As stated throughout these Terms, the Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. The Company will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or place wagers.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable Platform policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from the Company.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months, in which case the Company will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy measures.
• Where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining balance of verified Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements. The Company reserves the right to retain funds pending the conclusion of any open investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether of a contractual, tortious, or other nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licenced to operate. The parties irevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints process.

Where a User is a Malaysian resident, the User acknowledges that the laws of Malaysia regarding online gambling may differ from those of the Company's licensing jurisdiction, and that the User bears sole responsibility for ensuring their compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where any amendment is material in nature — that is, where it significantly affects the rights or obligations of Users — the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request the withdrawal of any remaining Player Funds balance via the standard withdrawal process.
